We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The breakfast provided was absolutely worth every cent we spent. It exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't change a thing. The villa has been lovingly restored and reflects the artistic talents of the owner. The host was lovely and everything was very well presented. It was the perfect base for exploring the Otago Peninsula and Dunedin. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful in making us feel at home. And the bed comfort was exceptional, one of the best sleeping experiences we've had in all our years of travel!
Nothing, it is perfect! 👌

The spacious studio with its own private deck made me feel like I had my own secret hideout, away from the world. With a separate entrance, it felt like I had my own little kingdom to escape to.
Tight parking on the street.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect - nestled in a quiet street, yet still within a short walk to restaurants and a supermarket. It made exploring the area so easy. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Thirdly, the rooms were beautifully decorated with thoughtful finishing touches and had all the comfort I needed for a relaxing stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was excellent, offering a range of options to suit everyone's taste.
Honestly, there was nothing at this hotel that I found lacking.

The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. There were also plenty of amenities such as a microwave and some cups and plates. the location was fairly convenient as it was within walking distance of some restaurants and shops.
There were a few aspects of the hotel that made my stay less enjoyable. the room lacked a sink for washing dishes or preparing food which was inconvenient.

We had a wonderful time staying at this charming boutique accommodation. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a lovely European breakfast. The location was excellent, close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. We especially enjoyed the friendly and helpful hosts who made our stay even more enjoyable. the stylish decor of the rooms created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
We only had one minor issue during our stay, the noise from the refrigerator kept us up at night. we had a little difficulty filling up our water bottle from the sink in the bathroom.

We stayed in a charming, well-decorated room that was spacious and spotless. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, giving us recommendations for great places to eat nearby. The location was perfect; just a short walk to the cafes and shops of the sleepy little village, and everything we needed was close by. We also loved the breakfast option, which was delicious and well worth the money. Thanks to the detailed attention to detail, it felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel.
Although we had a great stay, our only complaint was that it was a bit of a drive to get to the main city, but this wasn't too big of a problem as it was a peaceful and quiet location that more than made up for the drive.
